Section 25(1) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1991
(1)The market committee may grant or renew a licence under section 8 of the Act in the Forms 3 and 4 to a place and to a broker, weigh-man, measurer, trader and warehouseman, respectively, and subject to the conditions specified therein.
