This petition is filed by the petitioners seeking transfer of Writ Petition No.3909 of 2011 titled as “All India Bank of India SC/ST/OBC Employees Association vs. Bank of India & Ors.” pending before the High Court of Judicature at Madras to this Court.
Though service on the respondent is complete, nobody has entered appearance on behalf of the respondents.
Heard Mr. Mukul Rohtagi, learned Attorney General appearing on behalf of the Petitioners.
A batch of review petitions against the judgment dated 9th January, 2015 passed by this Court in Civil Appeal No.209 of 2015 with a batch of appeals, are pending before this Court. The issue involved in the instant matter is identical with the matter under review.
In the circumstances, the Transfer Petition is allowed. Writ Petition No.3909 of 2011 titled as “All India Bank of India SC/ST/OBC Employees Association vs. Bank of India & Ors.” pending before the High Court of Judicature at Madras is ordered to be transferred to this Court. The transferred case may be listed after the disposal of Review Petition (C)No.891/2015 in Civil Appeal No.209/2015 etc. pending before this Court.
