32. Affiliation.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in Section 41 of the Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University Act, 1986 (22 of 1986), the rights conferred on the institution to the Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University as a College are hereby withdrawn as if it were an order of the State Government under the said Section 41.
