Section 20 in The Haryana State Higher Education Council Act, 2018
20. Officers and employees of Council.
(1)The Council may appoint such officers and employees as may be deemed necessary for smooth functioning of the Council.(2)The terms and conditions of the service of the officers and employees of the Council shall be such, as may be prescribed.
