                               UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following
                                               O R D E R

The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners has submitted that being a dispute in the family, an attempt may be made to settle the dispute amicably by way of mediation.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has submitted that unless they know as to what is the offer that is being made, there is no point in going to mediation. In our opinion, solutions are to be evolved in mediation only.

Accordingly, we refer the matter to the mediation centre attached to the High Court of Madras to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties, who would appear before the said Mediation Centre on 20.01.2016 at 11.00 A.M. The Incharge, Mediation Centre, after making an endeavour for amicable resolution of the disputes, shall submit a report to this Court within one month thereafter.

List the matter on 01.03.2016.
