Section 44 in The Bodoland Autonomous Council Act, 1993
44. Deputation of other officers.
- The Government may, in consultation with the Chief of the Bodoland Executive Council, depute such other officers and experts as may be required to assist the General Council on such terms and conditions as the Government may determine.
