Section 6A(1)(b) in The Maharashtra Educational Institutions (Management) Act, 1976

(b)the proportionate share of the expenditure of the institution, which the Management would have had to meet in any year, if the management of the institution had not been taken over, shall initially be borne and paid to the Administrator by the State Government, but the Management shall, on demand made by the Administrator, pay from the funds of the institution annually to the State Government the share of the expenditure so borne and paid by the State Government : Provided that, the management shall not be liable to bear inadmissible expenditure incurred by the Administrator, if any.
