(2)The Trustee Committee shall deposit all moneys and receipt forming part of the Fund in any Scheduled Bank [or Post Office] [Inserted by Rajasthan Act No. 9 of 2003 enforced w.e.f. 5.4.2003-Notification No. F. 2(10) Vidhi-2/2003, dated 5.4.2003-Rajasthan Gazette Extraordinary, Part IV-A, dated 5.4.2003, page 17 and corrected by corrigendum of even number dated 21.4.2003, Published in Rajasthan Gazette Extraordinary., Part IV-A, dated 22.4.2003, page 35 = 2003 RSCS/Part II/P. 171/H. 125.] or invest the same in loan to any corporation owned or controlled by the Central Government or the State Government or in loan floated by the Central Government or the State Government or in any other manner as the Trustee Committee may, from time to time, decide with the approval of the State Government.
