Section 41(1) in Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University Act, 1996

(1)In making ordinances, the Syndicate shall consult -

(a)the Board of Studies when such ordinances affect the appointment and duties of examiners, and

(b)the Academic Senate when they affect the conduct of standard of examinations or the conditions of residence of students;
