(6)All work rooms in buildings under industrial occupancy shall be provided with a carpet area computed at a rate, not less than 3.4 Sq. mts. per person employed in such rooms, exclusive of carpet area occupied by the machinery and breathing space of 15 cubic metres per worker:Provided that the area of any work room shall be not less than 9.5 Sq. mts.
