Section 27 in The Major Port of Tuticorin (Harbour Craft) Rules, 1976
27. Appeal from Deputy Conservator's decision
- An appeal shall lie from any decision of the Deputy Conservator under these rules, to the Conservator of the Port. Such appeal shall be preferred in writing within seven days from the date on which the decision of the Deputy Conservator has been communicated in writing to the party or parties concerned.
