Section 85 in The Navy (Pay And Allowances) Regulations, 1966
85. Admissibility.
- Officers of the rank of Commander and below, including Special Duties List Officers, who have completed two or more years of commissioned service, possess the prescribed qualifications and are in receipt of pay under regulation 4, shall he eligible for qualification pay or grant at the rates and under the conditions laid down in these regulations.
