ORDER
PER SUDHANSHU SRIVASTAVA, JM:
By means of this stay application applicant seeks extension of stay of demand which was earlier given to the applicant vide order dated 29.3.2019 in stay application No. 914/Del/2018. Ld. AR submits that the appeal of the assessee has already been heard on 23.10.2019 and the order is awaited. Ld. AR prayed that the stay of demand be extended till the pronouncement of the order.
2. Ld. Sr. DR had no objection to the stay of demand being extended till the pronouncement of the order.
3. Having heard both the parties and considering the fact that the appeal of the assessee has already been heard and the order is awaited, we are extending the stay of demand till the disposal of the appeal / pronouncement of the order.
In the final result the stay application stands allowed. Order pronounced in the open court on 4 th November, 2019.
