Section 12(1)(b) in Agreement Between the Republic of India and Federal Republic of Brazil on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons

(b)If the prisoner escapes from custody before enforcement of the sentence has been completed. In such cases the receiving State shall make every effort to have the prisoner arrested so that he serves the remainder of his sentence.
