(2)If the Sub-Registrar is of the opinion that the copies arc in order, he shall make necessary endorsements on both the copies of the document. The Sub-Registrar shall then cause one copy of the document to be filed in Book No. 1 prescribed under Section .51 of the Registration Act, 1908 and shall return the other copy to the Bank in the registered envelope supplied for the purpose.
