Section 58 in The Gujarat Water Supply and Sewerage Board Act, 1978
58. Power to affix shaft, etc. for ventilation of sewer or cess pool.
- The Board may, for the purpose of ventilating any sewer or cess-pool, whether vested in the Board or not, erect upon any premises or affix to the outside of any building, or to any tree, any shaft or pipes as may appear to it to be necessary.
