1. The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant/respondent no. 1 stating that the amount of Rs.46,87,500/- that was to be released to the applicant in terms of the orders dated 5th October, 2018 and 12th December, 2018 passed by this Court along with order dated 8th April, 2021 passed by the Registrar General of this Court has still not been released to him.
2. He submits that in view of the order dated 8th April, 2021 passed by the Registrar General, the amount should have been released in his favour.
3. Application is allowed and the Registry is directed forthwith to release the amount of Rs.46,87,500/- to the applicant as per bank details provided in the application.
