Section 2(14) in The Delhi Medical Council Act, 1997
(14)"registered practitioner" means a medical practitioner having registrable qualification as prescribed in the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1456) whose name is, for the time being, entered in the register, but does not include a person whose name is provisionally entered in the register;
