O R D E R (Oral)

Mrs. Meera Chhibeer:

CP was filed alleging disobedience of the order dated 20.10.2010 passed in OA No. 1724/2010 whereby respondents were directed to consider the claim of the applicants for grant of higher pay scale, maybe on re-designating them, keeping in light the pay scale held by them when it has been decided to grant higher pay scale on re-designation.

2. When the matter was called out today, counsel for the respondents handed over order 24.1.2011 passed by the respondents which is a detailed order. Copy of order is taken on record.

3. In view of above, nothing more survives in the CP. The same is accordingly dropped. Notices are discharged. In case applicants are aggrieved by order passed by the respondents, it would be open to them to challenge order passed by the respondents on the original side.
