Section 36(4)(ii) in The Rajasthan Municipal (Subordinate and Ministerial Service) Rules, 1963

(ii)In case of employees who were getting D.A., at higher rates than those prevailing in Rajasthan for similar posts, the difference will be amalgamated in the pay of such employees as personal pay to be merged in future annual increment.
