27 15-05-2018It is reported that in pursuance to the order passed on the last date, supplementary counter affidavit has been filed Patna High Court MJC No.809 of 2012(27) dt.15-05-2018 70/70 by the State Government on 18.04.2018 in M.J.C. No. 809 of 2012 wherein consideration of each individual's case has been made. However, counsel for the applicants and petitioners appearing in the connected matters make a complaint that they have not received copies of the supplementary counter affidavit.
Learned counsel for the State to serve a copy of the supplementary counter affidavit to each of the counsel representing the parties individually. It is reported by the learned counsel for the State that most of the counsels have been served. If that be so, the remaining counsel be also served. The counsel are granted liberty to submit a note to the counsel appearing for the State on which the counsel submitting the note shall be supplied with the copy of the supplementary counter affidavit within one week from today. The parties may file their objections to the supplementary counter affidavit on or before 26th of June, 2018.
