Section 6(1) in West Bengal Town and Country (Planning and Development) Act, 1979

(1)The term of office and allowances of the nominated members of the Board shall be such as may be prescribed:Provided that the State Government may, if it thinks fit, terminate the appointment of any nominated member before the expiry of his term of office.
