As this is not signed by any responsible officer of the Board and it is also not on any letter head, I do not accept it and the same is returned to the learned advocate of the Board Mr. Ratul Biswas. Mr. Biswas submits that the name and address of the agency has already been disclosed in the writ application being WPA 2005 of 2022 (Santanu Sit & Ors. vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.).
