Section 48(1) in Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2018
(1)The State Government shall, within three years from the commencement of this Act and thereafter at the expiration of every fifth year, constitute a committee, in such manner and consisting of such members, as may be prescribed to evaluate and review the performance of the Authority in the said period.
