HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MAHENDAR KUMAR GOYAL Order 09/11/2021 The application has been filed seeking correction in the registration number of writ petition in the order dated 24.09.2021 passed by this Court.
A perusal of the record reveals that S.B. Civil Miscellaneous Application No.160/2021 was moved in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10447/2021 and not in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10446/2021 as erroneously mentioned in the order dated 24.09.2021. This typographical error needs to be rectified.
In view thereof, this application is allowed. In the cause title as also in the body of order dated 24.09.2021, instead of S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10446/2021, S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10447/2021 be read. This order may be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 24.09.2021.
