33. Lands held without payment of rent deemed to be part of certain estates.
- All lands which are held without payment of rent, not being a revenue-free property entered in the general register of revenue-free lands, as prescribed by sections 10, 11 or 12 and not being a part of any such property, shall, for the purposes of this Act, be deemed to be a part of the estate within the local boundaries of which they are included; and, if they are not included within the local boundaries of any one estate, then to be a part of such neighbouring estate as the Collector shall, by an order under his seal and signature, declare.
