Section 125(1A) in Karnataka Land Reforms Act, 1961
(1A)If any person who is under an obligation to furnish a declaration under sub-section (4) of section 66 refuses or fails to furnish a declaration within the period specified therefor under the said sub-section or furnishes a declaration which he knows or has reason to believe to be false or incomplete, he shall on conviction by a Magistrate be punished with imprisonment which shall be not less than six months but which may extend to one year or with fine which shall be five thousand rupees.
