Section 5(2) in The Rajasthan Small Causes Courts Ordinance, 1950
(2)The local limits of the jurisdiction of the Court of Small Causes shall be such as the [State Government] [Substituted by Rajasthan Act 2 of 1957.] may define, and the Court may be held at such place or places within those limits as the [State Government] [Substituted by Rajasthan Act 2 of 1957.] may appoint.
