3 31-08-2017Heard Mr. Ram Sagar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.
2. The case which was disposed off by order dated Patna High Court CWJC No.6318 of 2017 (3) dt.31-08-2017 3/4 22.08.2017 has been listed on the motion slip filed by learned counsel for the petitioners pointing out some typographical error in the said order.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in the cause title of the said order, the name of petitioner no. 10 has wrongly been left out and in his place the name of petitioner no. 11 has been written. He further submitted that due to error committed by him, in the writ petition itself, the name of petitioner no. 6 has wrongly been typed as Prakash Kumar Jha though it should be Prabhash Kumar Jha. In this connection he refers to page-34 of the writ petition and further to the power executed by Prabhash Kumar Jha.
4. Learned counsel for the State does not dispute the said position.
5. In view thereof, let necessary correction be made in the name of the petitioner no. 6, from Prakash Kumar Jha to Prabhash Kumar Jha in the writ petition by learned counsel for the petitioners during the course of the day.
6. Accordingly, the name of petitioner no. 6 in the order dated 22.08.2017 be read as Prabhash Kumar Jha instead of Prakash Kumar Jha and Sanjay Kumar Suman, Son of: Sri Ramashish Yadav, Resident of Village: Kakarghalti, P.O.- Patna High Court CWJC No.6318 of 2017 (3) dt.31-08-2017 4/4
Bhuskaul, P.S. Darbhanga Sadar, District: Darbhanga be read at serial No. 10 of the cause list in the column of the petitioners.
