Section 1A(h) in U.P. Fisheries (Development and, Control) Rules, 1954
(h)"High-school and Intermediate Examination Pass" means the certificate issued by Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh, Central Board of Secondary Education, Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations or any other Board recognized by the Central Government /State Government.
