Section 103(1) in Cuttack Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in these Regulations, no building exceeding 27 (twenty seven) metres in height shall be permitted within the Cuttack Development Area, except with the Approval of the full Authority, as stated in sub-regulation [2] below.
