- When in any proceeding taken under this Act, or in consequence of any thing done under this Act, a question arises as to whether any for t produce is the property of the [State Government] [Substituted by Section 4 of Rajasthan Act No. 27 of 1957 (Published in Rajasthan Gazette, Part 4-A Extraordinary dated 13.8.1957).], such produce shall be presumed o be the property of the [State Government] [Substituted by Section 4 of Rajasthan Act No. 27 of 1957 (Published in Rajasthan Gazette, Part 4-A Extraordinary dated 13.8.1957).] until the contrary is proved.
