Section 54(g) in Bihar Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2015
(g)if no claimant appears within a period of six months from the date of death or escape of such juvenile, the valuables and other articles and amount shall be disposed of as per the decision taken by Management Committee set up under Rule 56 of the rules. Any money shall be deposited in the Fund as described in Section 61 of the Act.
