Section 28A(2) in Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Councils Act, 1997
(2)On the occurrence of vacancy in the office of Deputy Chairman for any reason whatsoever, the Council shall within one month of the date of occurrence of vacancy elect one of its members as Deputy Chairman.
