Section 19(1) in Telangana Societies Registration Act, 2001
(1)The Committee or any officer of the society authorised in this behalf by its bye-laws, may bring or defend any action or other legal proceeding touching or concerning any property or any right or claim of the society and may sue and be sued in its name.
