Section 22(2) in The Kerala Administrative Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 2010
(2)Where no application is received from the legal representatives within the period specified in such-rule (1), the proceeding against the deceased party shall abate:Provided that on good and sufficient reasons, the Tribunal, on an application, may set aside the order of abatement and substitute the legal representatives.
