Section 6(1)(v) in Acquisition and Transfer of Property by Gram Panchayats, Mandal Parishads and Zilla Parishads Rules, 2001

(v)no lease shall be granted ordinarily for a period exceeding twelve months at a time. The approval of the District Collector shall not be necessary for a renewal of a lease granted under this rule;
