Section 4(c) in The Mizoram Aided College Employees Rules, 1990
(c)A candidate for the post of Demonstrator shall have the following qualifications:(i)Bachelor of Science with physics as one of the subjects for Physics Laboratory or with Chemistry as one of the subjects for Chemistry or with Biology as one of the subjects for Botany/Zoology Laboratory ;(ii)Two years' experience as a demonstrator in an educational institution or as teacher in a Secondary School ;(iii)Age limit for the posts of demonstrator is as prescribed by Government from time to time. Besides the essential qualifications under this clause, it shall be desirable that the candidate should be adequately fluent in English language.
