Section 13(1) in Institute of Infrastructure, Technology, Research and Management Act, 2012
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Board shall be responsible for the general superintendence, directions and the control of the affairs of the University and shall exercise all the powers of the University, and shall have the power to review the acts of the Academic Council, Finance Committee and other committees or authorities constituted by the University.
