Section 32 in National Law University Delhi Act, 2007
32. Indemnity against General Proceedings.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the University or any authority or officer or employee of the University for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act, or the Statutes or Regulations or rules made there under.
