7. Officers and employees of Authority.
(1)The Authority may appoint Member-Secretary and such other officers and employees as it considers necessary for the performance of its functions.(2)The Member-Secretary, officers and employees appointed under sub-section (1) shall be governed by such terms and conditions of service as may be determined by the regulations.(3)The Member-Secretary, officers and employees shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may assigned to them by the Authority.
