Section 10(1) in The Manipur Hill Areas Autonomous District Council Act, 2000
(1)The electoral roll of any Assembly Constituency for the time being in force relating to the area comprised within the autonomous District may, subject to the provisions of this Act and rules made thereunder, be the electoral roll for the election of Members of the District Council.
