Section 32(4) in The Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education Act, 1997
(4)The Board shall, having regard to interest of student of studying in the institutions, recommend to the Government the action to be taken in that behalf and the Government shall, thereafter; proceed to implement the recommendations.
