Section 8(2)(e) in Tamil Nadu Cultivating Tenants Arrears of Rent (Relief) Act, 1990

(e)till the 31st day of March 1995, if the cultivating tenant has paid the fourth instalment of the one-third of the arrears of rent within the time specified in the said sub-section (2); and
