Section 75(1) in Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977
(1)In this Section and in Sections 76, 77, 80 and 82 the word "plan" means the master plan as well as the [sectoral/zonal development plan(s)] [Substituted for the words 'sector development plan' by Haryana Act No. 23 of 2004.] for a sector.
