Section 23 in The Shimla Road Users and Pedestrians (Public Safety and Convenience) Act, 2007
23. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any officer of the State Government for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
