- On the history-ticket of every convict, the Superintendent shall record -(a)any special order he may have to give relative to any prisoner, e.g., the imposition or removal of fetters, permission to hold an interview or to write a letter, separation by night etc.(b)the award of every punishment.(c)sanction for employment on extra-mural work.(d)the award of special remission.
