Section 36(1) in The Rajasthan Imposition of Ceiling on Agricultural Holding Act, 1973
(1)No civil or revenue court shall have jurisdiction to decide or deal with any question or matter which is by or under this Act required to be decided or dealt with by the Authorised Officer or any other authority.
