8. Qualifications, experience, etc., of Instructors
.-After the coming into force of these rules no person shall be appointed as Instructor unless he-(i)is a rescue trained person;(ii)has 3 years practical experience of belowground work in mines; and(iii)holds a Manager's certificate of a type not restricted to opencast workings.
