Section 57(1) in Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977
(1)Where the State Government is satisfied that the purposes for which the [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] is constituted under this Act have been substantially achieved so as to render the continued existence of the [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] in the opinion of the State Government unnecessary, the State Government may, by notification, declare that the [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] shall be dissolved with effect from such date as may be specified in the notification; and the [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] shall be deemed to be dissolved accordingly.
